Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Outpatient experience required
* No new graduates
* Experience with Epic EMR
Assignment Details
* Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* Setting includes outpatient with possible inpatient support as needed
* One-to-one patient care
* Patient volume: 6 to 9 patients per day
