PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

Professional Case Management is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this in-home role, you will support licensed Physical Therapists by carrying out treatment plans, assisting with therapeutic exercises, documenting patient progress, and educating clients and families.
