Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
- Experience with post-acute care patient populations, including fall risk management, transfers, and mobility training preferred.
- Experience documenting in electronic medical records preferred.
