Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (MTA) or Licensed Practical Nurse Medical Services Coordinator (MSC) to join our healthcare team at the Stokes County Jail.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse who is ready to take on a leadership-focused role while continuing to provide hands-on, compassionate patient care in a correctional healthcare setting.

What You'll Do

As an RN MTA or LPN MSC, you'll help ensure the healthcare team operates smoothly while providing quality care to patients throughout the facility.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Provide and oversee patient care in accordance with established protocols
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Complete assessments and identify changes in patient condition
  • Coordinate healthcare services and communicate patient needs to the appropriate members of the healthcare team
  • Assist with daily clinical operations and maintain continuity of care
