Cast Shop Rover

Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $29.45 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 5:30AM-1:30PM

Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed

We are looking for a Cast Rover Operator to join our Pottery division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

  • Cast manual cast floors

  • Operate pressure cast machines both manual and auto demold machines

  • Finish ware, perform mold maintenance including acid wash and TPM tasks

  • perform Cast Shop Support task, perform Cast Shop Handyman task.

  • Must be clean shaven to wear a respirator when required.

  • Must be PIV certified, fork truck and tugger.

  • Must be able to use hand tools and other tools as needed.

  • Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Skills/Requirements

  • Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.

  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
