This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 7a-6p
• Patients Per Day: 20
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Scope: Standard Primary Care, All Ages
• State Licensure: Active Oregon State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Board Certified or truly eligible.
