Job Details Pay: $85-90/Hr Job Incentives: Sign on Bonus Specialty: Family Practice Location: Tulare County, CA 93291 Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (9a-6p) Shift Time: 8 hours Duration: Permanent Job : Additional Details: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic Private concierge clinic that is not open to the public Providing general healthcare to agriculture employees and their family members Provider may be required to attend field event services when requested by the client Part time working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9a - 6p with 1 hour lunch No after hours work No Call Must have an active California Nurse Practitioner License and be Board Certified. Must have or be able to obtain an active Furnishing License and DEA registration within 120 days of hire. Must have or be able to obtain BLS Certification within 10 days of hire. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required. Must be or become proficient in utilizing medical equipment and technology relevant to the role (e.g., DME, EMR (eClinicalWorks), etc.).
