Full job description
The Job:
As a Cloud & Network Integration Engineer, you will support our client's first enterprise deployment of Databricks on AWS GovCloud. You will build and configure network connections between Databricks workspaces and systems across AWS, Azure, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and on premises environments. Your work will support multi cloud analytics platform and help establish reliable connectivity patterns for a new federal data engineering environment. You will collaborate closely with platform engineers, security teams, and cloud architects. You will apply approved connectivity methods such as private endpoints, VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, and on premises gateway patterns. You will configure cloud networking components, support identity-related routing across network zones, and help integrate monitoring tools from AWS and Azure to keep connectivity stable and observable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Apply connectivity patterns including private endpoints, VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, and gateway connections to support Databricks on AWS
- Build multi cloud access workflows that link AWS GovCloud, Azure services, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and on premises systems
- Configure AWS networking components used by Databricks workspaces, including VPC design and routing
- Support Databricks platform engineers with network configuration aligned to workspace provisioning, identity workflows, and environment segmentation
- Configure monitoring and logging tools such as AWS CloudWatch and Azure Monitor for visibility into network behavior
- Work with stakeholders to translate integration needs into practical network designs
Here's What You Need:
- About 3 to 5 years of experience in cloud networking or hybrid connectivity
- Experience with at least one major connectivity model such as Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, or site to site VPNs
- Familiarity with basic routing and networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTPS
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- Exposure to AWS or Azure monitoring tools
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
