Nephrology/Telemetry Graduate Nurse

BJC HealthCare seeks a Nephrology/Telemetry Graduate Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with renal conditions and those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Under the guidance of experienced preceptors, you will perform assessments, monitor telemetry, administer medications, and support complex care plans on a busy acute-care unit. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and uphold strict safety and quality standards.
