Seasonal Material Handlers

Our client, industry-leading lawn and garden products provider, is seeking Seasonal Material Handlers to join their team. As a Seasonal Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse and distribution support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Seasonal Material Handlers

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range: $19.50 per hour

Shift: First Shift (Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM) or Second Shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM)

What's the Job?

• Safely load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the facility and yard areas.
• Operate forklifts, including single and double fork attachments, or demonstrate a willingness to learn and become certified.
• Handle lawn care products, grass seed, fertilizers, pesticides, and other related materials.
• Support production and shipping operations by ensuring materials are available when needed.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate material tracking.

What's Needed?

• Previous warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; candidates with the willingness and ability to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working in outdoor environments or industrial yard settings is a plus.
• Ability to work safely around lawn care products, pesticides, fertilizers, and grass seed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
