Charge Registered Nurse Hospice

Intermountain Health is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse Hospice to lead compassionate end-of-life care for hospice patients. In this role, you will coordinate patient care plans, oversee daily nursing operations, and provide direct clinical care in accordance with hospice standards and regulations. You will supervise and mentor nursing staff, collaborate with physicians, social workers, and spiritual care providers, and ensure high-quality, patient- and family-centered care. The Charge RN Hospice also monitors quality and safety metrics, supports staff education, and promotes a supportive, mission-driven team environment focused on dignity and comfort.
