Lead Sonographer

As a Lead Sonographer at Wellstar, you will provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound imaging while guiding a team in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. You’ll perform complex exams, ensure image quality, and coordinate workflow across hospitals and care settings. This role mentors sonographers and students, supports protocol development, and champions safety and regulatory compliance. You’ll partner closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes, educate patients, and contribute to continuous quality improvement across the health system.
