OT Team Leader

As an OT Team Leader at Encompass Health, you will provide advanced occupational therapy care while leading and mentoring a team of therapists and assistants in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You’ll coordinate caseloads, guide evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, coaching, documentation oversight, and quality improvement initiatives. You’ll support a culture of clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and continuous professional development.
