Casselman Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who have a love for working with seniors and a passion for providing exceptional healthcare. Join our team on a PRN basis with the flexibility to fit your schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents as assigned.

  • Administer and document medications and treatments.

  • Prepare for and assist physicians and other healthcare providers with diagnostic procedures and treatments.

  • Reinforce and provide healthcare instructions to residents and their families.

  • Participate with the interdisciplinary team in planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care.

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.

  • Observe and report residents' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition to the appropriate personnel.

  • Document residents' responses to nursing care accurately and timely.

  • Maintain an environment that promotes the comfort and safety of residents.

  • Assist with unit management and assume charge responsibilities as assigned.
