Machine Operator | Weekend Schedule + Double Time on Sundays

Pay & Schedule
Earn:

  • $20.08/hour on Friday and Saturday
  • $40.16/hour on Sunday (Double Time!)
Available Shifts
Shift A
  • Friday & Saturday: 11:00 PM - 11:00 AM
  • Plus one or two 8-hour shifts during the week
Shift B
  • Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
  • Plus one or two 8-hour shifts during the week
This schedule is designed to give you more flexibility and more time to enjoy life outside of work.

Training Information
To set you up for success, all new hires will begin training on a traditional 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedule. Once training is complete, you'll transition to your assigned schedule.

What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in producing the industry's leading golf balls by:
  • Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment
  • Loading materials and keeping production running smoothly
  • Making machine adjustments and troubleshooting issues
  • Performing quality inspections to meet Titleist standards
  • Meeting production goals while maintaining a safe work environment
  • Collaborating with teammates while working independently when needed
What We're Looking For
  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.
  • Reliable attendance and strong dependability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
