Your Role

Responsibilities
  • Plan daily work and coordinate with production report and employees.
  • Manage the shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, monitoring task execution, and following up with all team members.
  • Oversees warehouse operations including bulk loading, unloading, filling, mixing and blending activities.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
  • Execute selected administrative activities related to the work.
  • Lead small team of operators in warehousing and production.
  • Coordinate daily activities with Facility Manager.
  • Keep track of and report daily on Rail moves and activity.
  • Bi-Annual physical inventory reporting and coordination.


Your Profile

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years management experience, related capacity
  • Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Strong mathematical and reasoning skills
  • Strong computer skills including understanding of ERP systems and desktop applications
  • Some environmental compliance knowledge preferred
Experience in a chemical manufacturer or chemical distributor preferred
