Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2150 per week.

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Pediatric experience in a hospital required. Pediatric oncology experience required.

Unit Details: The unit serves pediatric and oncology patients. Uses Alaris pumps.

Shift & Scheduling: 6 weekend shifts with 2 being Saturdays.

Floating Requirements: Floats to PICU and NICU.

10 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• APHON (APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider)
