As a physician, what is your biggest fear and frustration with Family Medicine?
TIME.
Today you work long hours and are responsible for large volumes of appointments that leave you rushing your patients and cutting corners on quality of care and communication.
At ProPartners Healthcare, our physicians work 10-15 hours less per week, see about one third the number of patients and still make the same or more in total compensation as traditional insurance-based medical practices.

ProPartners was established in 2001, became the first DPC practice in the suburbs of Kansas City in 2013 and remains the largest and only multi-site DPC practice in the area.
We are excited to be seeking one full-time BC/BE Family Medicine physician to inherit a 450-member panel at our beautiful *Overland Park, KS office.
Job Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school
BC/BE in family medicine
Licensed or able to become licensed in Missouri and Kansas
At least 2 years of experience in family practice (outstanding final year family medicine residents will be considered)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Value spending time developing relationship with and educating patients
Place high priority on patient experience, customer service and timely access to physician care

Competitive base salary
Significant productivity bonus potential based on patient panel size and revenue
Maximum of 36 hours in-office per week
