Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2540 per week.

Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Special Requests: - Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Required Credentials: - Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. - Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed.

Unit Details: - Medical-surgical/telemetry unit with some cardiac patients.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required
