Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 10 hour shifts 9a-8p

Patients per day: 18
·

Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center
·

Scope: Outpatient Clinic
·

State Licensure: Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Board Certified and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
