Telemetry RN

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated Telemetry RN to deliver high-quality cardiac monitoring and patient care within our partner healthcare facilities. In this role, you will assess, monitor, and manage patients requiring continuous telemetry, interpret cardiac rhythms, respond to changes in patient condition, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. You will administer medications, perform patient education, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
