Full-Time | Outpatient Therapy | Nonprofit Health System

A leading nonprofit health system is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their hospital-based adult outpatient clinic. This is a salaried role offering 1:1 care, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative therapy environment.

Position Overview

  • Setting: Adult outpatient (hospital-based)

  • Caseload: 60% orthopedic, 20% neurologic, 20% general med

  • Treatment model: 1:1 care, 45-minute sessions, no productivity minimums

  • Schedule: Flexible hours with options for 4x10s or 5x8s

  • Evaluations: Supported by a collaborative team and paced onboarding process

  • EMR: Shared hospital-wide system for seamless documentation and care continuity

Compensation & Benefits

  • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (paid over 2 years)
