Full job description

The Collator Operator is responsible for the precise alignment and assembly of folding cartons in a manufacturing environment. If you enjoy working with machinery, setting up equipment, and troubleshooting how things run, this position provides the hands-on training you need to master the equipment and build your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust collating machinery to fold and assemble cartons according to job specifications. Adjust machine settings for different carton sizes and styles.
  • Conduct routine mechanical checks and minor upkeep on collating equipment to ensure optimal performance. Identify and report machine defects or malfunctions to maintenance and leadership.
  • Inspect cartons for defects, ensuring precise alignment and stacking before product moves to the next stage of production.
  • Safely load, unload, and replenish carton stock along the production line.
  • Strict adherence to all safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and machinery safeguards.
