What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years as Executive Chef in an upscale casual setting
• Scratch kitchen expertise with a creative flair for menu design
• Pastry experience (breads & desserts) – a major plus!
• Food truck experience – highly valued
• Professionalism: Steady career progression (no more than 3 roles in the last 5 years)
• Personality: Hands-on leadership, positive attitude, and a passion for excellence

• Build a cohesive team: Hire, train, and mentor talented chefs
• Set high-performance standards: Coach and guide your team to culinary success
• Achieve operational & culinary goals: Develop and execute actionable strategies
