A thriving independent practice in southern Connecticut is adding a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join a team of 13 Providers, including 11 Physicians and 2 PAs.

About the Opportunity:

• The position includes approximately 1.5 days per week in the operating room and 3.5 days per week in the outpatient clinic
• The surgeon will provide care across our 4 office locations
• Evaluate and treat conservative and operative spinal conditions (cervical, thoracic, and lumbar).
• Perform a wide range of spinal procedures, including degenerative, deformity, and minimally invasive surgeries.
• Maintain efficient clinic flow and manage a high-volume practice with a target of 30?40 patient visits per day.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists and interventional pain management specialists.
• Strong referral network
