Family Nurse Practitioner

Fast Pace Health is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and urgent care services in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and chronic disease management for patients in rural communities. You will order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and educate patients on prevention and wellness.
