In this patient-first role, you will evaluate, develop, and deliver individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload, using evidence-based techniques to restore function, mobility, and quality of life. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress in our EMR system.
