We’re looking for a Driver Recruiter in Warren, MI to join a growing transportation organization and play a critical role in recruiting CDL drivers, dock workers, and support personnel across the network. No prior recruiting experience is required—we’ll train the right person. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where your effort directly impacts hiring results and earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support positions
• Source candidates through job boards, recruiting databases, and outbound calls
• Conduct applicant screening and phone interviews
• Make approximately 30–50 outbound calls and handle 15–20 inbound calls daily
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Track candidate activity and recruiting progress in ATS and HR systems
• Coordinate with hiring managers to support staffing needs
• Meet and exceed recruiting activity, hiring, and performance goals
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely communication

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, Logistics, Communications, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls every day
• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
• Strong follow-up skills and professional communication
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Even Better If You Have

• Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or call-center experience
• Experience recruiting drivers or transportation employees
• Familiarity with Workday, Indeed, or Tenstreet
• Experience working with an ATS or applicant tracking system
• Previous experience in logistics or transportation
