• 5x8 or 4x10 shifts -- flexible schedule with float between clinics
• 22 - 26 patient per day average depending on shift length
• Ages seen: 3 months and up
• 1:1 MA-to-provider ratio
• Outpatient procedures -- lacerations, sutures, I&D, PAPs
• Chronic care -- diabetes, kidney disease, COPD, heart and thyroid disease
• Hospital privileges required
