Full job description
As a Hospice RN Inpatient Center Shift Lead, you oversee day-to-day clinical operations for hospice patients in an inpatient setting. You coordinate staff assignments, admissions, and transfers, support nurses at the bedside, and ensure thorough patient and family education. You collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, monitor documentation and medication management, and help train and coach staff to maintain safe, compassionate end-of-life care.
