Full job description
As an Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health, you will guide patients recovering from major illness or injury to regain independence, function, and purpose. In our inpatient rehabilitation setting, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, PTs, and speech therapists, educate patients and families, and contribute to quality improvement.
