OTR Flatbed Driver Overview

  • Earnings that stack up. The top 25% of drivers earn an estimated $118,000+ per year, with most drivers earning $1,525-$2,010 weekly.*
  • Pay that rewards experience. Earn a competitive base pay of 61-67CPM, and an extra 1-3CPM based on your flatbed experience.*
  • Miles that raise your rate. Earn a half-cent raise every 50,000 miles.*
  • Start with a strong bonus. Earn a $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid out in three installments over your first 180 days.*
  • Bonus pay that adds up. Earn a monthly safe driver bonus worth as much as 4CPM on top of base pay and mileage bonus.*
  • Flexible home time. Get home weekly or bi-weekly depending on location and route.
  • Consistent miles, strong weeks. Typical drivers average 2,500 miles per week, with strong weeks up to 3,000 miles.
