Physical Therapist

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitative care across our New Jersey locations. In this flexible role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. You will collaborate closely with physicians and the rehab team, document progress, educate patients and families, and maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards while contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented culture.
