Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Georgia physical therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
  • BLS certification required from AHA or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant outpatient experience preferred. Candidates with less than 1 year will not be considered for this role.
  • Experience working in an outpatient clinic scheduling 30-minute treatment intervals and conducting 1-hour complex evaluations preferred.
  • Experience treating general orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, and fractures preferred.
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR is preferred.
  • Must be able to complete facility orientation including New Employee Orientation and a 5-day departmental orientation.
  • Accepts scheduled scrub/polo uniform policy and adherence to facility dress expectations.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Outpatient hospital-affiliated therapy clinic.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule; available shift times include 5x8s or 4x10s as determined by clinic. Days off will be consistent throughout assignment.
  • Standard hours per week: 40.
  • Patient volume: approximately 10–15 patients per day; scheduling uses 30-minute intervals with dovetailed patients.
  • Orientation: New Employee Orientation plus 5 days departmental orientation.
  • Weekend rotation: none. On-call: none. Holiday expectations: none.
  • Floating: no floating to other facilities required.
  • Scheduling cycle: 13-week schedule cycle.
  • Parking: free on-site parking.
