Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound imaging and team leadership across our patient-centered care settings. This role performs advanced exams, ensures adherence to imaging protocols, and coordinates daily workflow to support timely, high-quality care. The Lead Sonographer mentors staff and students, collaborates closely with radiologists and referring providers, and promotes a safe, compassionate environment. You’ll support quality improvement, new technology adoption, and ongoing education while helping Wellstar advance outcomes for diverse communities across Georgia.
