Minimum Requirements

Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Home health experience required. OASIS experience required. Experience with productivity expectations in home health settings (ability to meet point-based productivity targets). BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between patient visits. Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient. Preferred: strong interpersonal skills and prior experience working in the listed coverage areas (Shrewsbury, Westborough, Northborough, Bolton, Hudson, Marlborough, Framingham).

Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days . (Typical schedule 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM noted by client.) Weekly hours: Guarantee of 32 hours; sufficient work available for 40 hours. Productivity expectations: 26 points in 32 hours or 33 points in 40 hours. Coverage Areas: Shrewsbury, Westborough, Northborough, Bolton, Hudson, Marlborough, Framingham area. Travel between patient homes required. Mileage reimbursed between visits. On-call/Weekend: Not required. Occasional day switches permitted for valid reasons. Required certification: Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.
