Full job description
As a Practice Management Consultant, you will deliver coaching, consulting, and development solutions to drive business growth and advisor success. This role leads practice management initiatives within an assigned region, helping advisors improve performance through strategic planning, operational efficiency, organizational development, and continuity planning. Travel within the United States approximately 25% to 50% is required.
- Lead practice management initiatives within an assigned region to drive advisor growth through coaching, education, and strategic business planning.
- Consult with advisors and firms to improve business performance through practice management strategies focused on growth, operational efficiency, marketing, recruiting, and organizational development.
- Design and deliver advisor development programs, including workshops, study groups, cohort experiences, and one-on-one coaching that drive accountability and measurable business results.
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance practice management tools, resources, and value-added solutions that help advisors increase revenue, improve productivity, and optimize business operations.
- Advise firms and advisors on continuity, succession, and acquisition planning to support business sustainability, asset retention, and successful transitions.
- Collaborate with Education & Development and Onboarding teams to create a cohesive advisor experience that accelerates growth and long-term success.
- Partner with Regional Vice Presidents, external and internal wholesalers, and other key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, increase engagement, and expand adoption of practice management services.
- Utilize Salesforce and other business systems to manage advisor engagement, measure program effectiveness, and track business outcomes.
- 4+ years of experience consulting with financial advisors and/or financial services practices, with an emphasis on the broker-dealer and RIA space required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and consultative skills with the ability to influence advisor business outcomes required.
- Series 6/7 required.
- Series 7 and 66 desired.
- Business coach certification(s) desired.
- The ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time is required.
