Logistics Solutions Coordinator

As a Logistics Solutions Coordinator, you will drive operational excellence by designing and implementing integrated logistics solutions that optimize the synergy between people, systems, processes, and equipment. You will leverage data-driven insights to identify strategic growth opportunities and resolve complex operational bottlenecks. Acting as a central hub for the organization, you will lead cross-functional alignment and foster collaborative problem-solving, ensuring that all logistics initiatives are rooted in clear communication and aligned with H Mart’s long-term scaling goals.

Data Analysis & Internal Research

• Perform deep-dive analyses using internal datasets to engineer comprehensive, integrated logistics solutions.
• Apply predictive modeling to forecast the impact of proposed operational changes on total throughput.
• Identify key variables for KPI analysis and maintain continuous monitoring of performance metrics across all warehouse locations.
• Conduct structured interviews with Subject-Matter Experts and frontline staff to capture tribal knowledge and operational pain points.

Strategic Logistics Process Optimization

• Diagnose operational bottlenecks and lead discussions to implement effective, high-impact solutions that improve warehouse operations.
• Monitor global industry trends and emerging best practices to proactively integrate innovative methodologies into warehouse operations.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to develop unified strategies for optimizing transportation, inventory management, and distribution.

Reporting & Execution

• Synthesize complex findings into high-impact visual presentations and deliver finalized solution proposals to the Team Manager.
• Serve as the bridge between vendors and internal teams to ensure a unified vision for project execution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or a related field
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.
• Proficient in accurate data entry, database management, and the maintenance of organized records
• In-depth knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations, and food safety standards
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Data Analytics; logistics-related project experience is a plus.

Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday ~ Friday

Salary Range : $66,050 ~ 81,050
