Responsibilities
* Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of pelvic floor conditions.
* Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
* Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
* Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide outstanding patient care.
