MFM sonographer

Intermountain Health seeks an MFM Sonographer to provide advanced obstetric ultrasound imaging for high-risk pregnancies within our mission-driven, patient-centered system. In this role, you will perform detailed maternal-fetal examinations, support perinatologists in diagnosis and care planning, and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
