RN Med-Surg/Tele

Cone Health is seeking a dedicated RN for our Med-Surg/Telemetry unit, Full-Time Nights. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult patients with diverse medical and cardiac conditions, closely monitoring vital signs and telemetry, administering medications, and coordinating treatments with the care team. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff, educate patients and families, and support Cone Health’s culture of compassion, diversity, and professional growth while contributing to quality and safety initiatives in an acute care setting.
