Skilled Nursing Facility Registered Nurse

Corning Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehab facility in Corning, NY. The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, and monitor changes in resident condition. You will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and families to support optimal comfort, safety, and outcomes. This role includes supervising support staff, documenting accurately in EMR, and educating residents and families, all within a resident-focused, team-oriented culture.
