  • Build strong relationships with clients and patients
  • Collaborate closely with the current Medical Director and team

  • Helping guide hospital growth and team development

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary school
  • Eligible for or currently holds Michigan veterinary license
  • Strong interest in small animal medicine and surgery
  • Commitment to high-quality patient care and client service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment

Preferred Experience

  • 3–5+ years of small animal clinical experience
  • Strong foundation in medicine, surgery, and dentistry
  • Interest in leadership, mentorship, and team development
  • Desire to build long-term relationships within the hospital and community

Core Competencies

  • 401(k) options
  • Generous PTO and flexible scheduling
  • Paid CE days plus CE allowance
