Facilities Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable operations across our healthcare, housing, and social service locations. In this role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life-safety equipment. You will respond to work orders, conduct routine inspections, and ensure facilities meet safety, infection-control, and regulatory standards. Working in a faith-inspired, client-focused environment, you’ll collaborate with program staff to minimize disruptions to care while maintaining clean, welcoming spaces for clients, families, and employees.
