Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Alabama Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required from AHA or ARC. Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility settings preferred. Ability to provide occasional telehealth services as needed (preferred). Willingness to work one weekend rotation per month.
Assignment Details
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Days: Monday through Friday with one weekend rotation per month. Shift Name: Other. Float requirement: May be required to float to other nearby facilities.
