Full job description
This position will support a Senior Agent in the Orlando office.
The base hourly range for this role is $20 – $25.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer and posted salary ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay-transparency regulations. Responsibilities
- Prepare offering memorandums and property proposals utilizing PowerPoint / Adobe Creative Suite
- Design, initiate and manage the distribution of all email and social media marketing campaigns for Broker’s property listings.
- Input, update, and maintain property listings across third-party marketing platforms ensuring accuracy and consistency of listing information.
- Develop template or semi-custom pitches & presentations.
- Lead the production of several different print marketing materials including brochures, advertising, presentations, proposals that stay consistent with corporate branding.
- Utilize research tools to create factual marketing materials.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of content marketing experience and production graphic design
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or graphic design
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong design aesthetic, including creative design solutions within the digital/web constraints.
- Strong proofreading and quality control skills, particularly with numbers, dates, names, addresses, and financial information.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments and follow tasks through completion with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, polished, and professional marketing and client facing materials.
- Advanced Proficiency with full-service marketing and/or email distribution programs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact, Canva, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines and effectively handle stressful situations.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
- Familiarity in working within a style guide and brand.
- Exceptional customer service, organizational and prioritization skills.
