What you will do:
- Conduct inspections in accordance with established gage plans, utilizing calipers, angle gages, and other required inspection equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
- Produce high-quality fabricated parts using a variety of fabrication equipment.
- Operate production equipment, including loader/unloader stations, drill presses, weld nut stations, saws, and other basic fabrication machinery and tooling.
- Perform inspections using required quality and measurement equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Complete machine setup, work preparation, fabrication, cleanup, preventive maintenance, and quality assurance activities for assigned equipment and work areas.
- Train new employees on processes, equipment, safety requirements, and best practices.
What you need:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Two plus (2+) years manufacturing experience specifically in
sheet metal fabrication or CNC machining.
