Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details
Patient population: Outpatient Ortho
Will accept first time travelers: Yes
Will accept new grads: Yes
Will accept a PTA: No
Float to other clinics: No
Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
Expected patient volume: 12-14 patients per day
Double-booking of follow up visits expected
Overtime must be approved by director before any overtime hours are worked
