Clinical Pharmacist I

In this patient-first, mission-driven environment, you will verify and dispense medications, perform clinical medication reviews, and collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to optimize pharmacotherapy. Responsibilities include medication reconciliation, therapeutic drug monitoring, antimicrobial stewardship support, and patient counseling on medication use and adherence.
