Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20
This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p ·
Patients per day: 12 average ·
Practice Setting: Clinic ·
Scope: Inpatient ·
State Licensure: California state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
Facility Location Situated just opposite Benicia in the San Francisco Bay Area, Martinez is known for its beautiful architecture and scenic streets. Culture seekers will want to visit the John Muir House and the John Muir National Historic Site to learn more about this important local figure.
